Funding Phase

The Funding Phase, the initial phase of each fund, is the only time investors can join a fund.  Each fund is open to investors until it reaches the set amount of investment for that fund and then it is closed.  At the close of this phase, Cave Buyers takes a small administrative fee which is laid out in the offering document.

If you choose to invest with us, we require that you fill out an investor questionnaire on this website or over the phone with us.  Once you have filled out the investor questionnaire, we will contact you to answer questions about the specific fund offerings available and explain the next steps.  We will not accept funds from you or any designated agent/entity of yours until all offering documents are perused and signed per Securities and Exchange Commission requirements.
