Optimization Phase

The Optimization Phase is when we fine-tune the asset for its highest and best use. During this phase, we will develop cashflow and/or maximize capital gains for each and every asset acquired. At the sole discretion of the fund manager, the returns are either re-invested or paid to the investors in quarterly dividends.
